We will send you our offer for our services within one day. You agree online and make a deposit via iDEAL and send us the requested information by mail.
3. The advisor
Based on your wishes and the data provided, we will work out different financing options. Several options will be presented regarding for example your own financial contribution, intrest rate duration and tax optimization.
4. The presentation of our advice
In a personal conversation we will present our advice and review all the details. The conversation is interactive and desired changes will be edited calculated and discussed immediately. After the meeting, you will receive a login that will allow you to take a closer look at the advice from home.
5. You choose your mortgage
We will give you advise, eventually however you make the choice. When you have chosen the most appropriate mortgage, please give uw your choise.
6. We submit the application
We will submit the mortgage application to the bank and ensure that the bank guarantee is settled on time. We also have contact with your real-estate agent and notary on your behalf.
First you will receive a non binding offer from the bank. After your acceptance and submission of any necessary additional information you will receive a Binding Mortgage Offer. This means that the application has been accepted unconditionally.
7. The notary
After acceptance by the bank we will inform you and the notary. Once the notary has drafted the Mortgage Deed and Settlement, we will check this for you.
On the day of transfer, you will sign the mortgage deed with the notary so that the deed can pass.
